428 Main’s story began in 1939 when a young, 19-year-old Maxine moved with her family from a rural farm to a craftsman style home on 428 Main Street. This home raised several generations, made countless memories, and developed the roots of a future business. Sarah Murdoch is the granddaughter of Maxine and the original visionary of 428 Main Vintage Rentals. It was her eye that saw the beauty under the rust and dust of vintage furniture and after using these pieces in planning her own wedding, 428 Main was born.

 

Today, industry veterans & husband and wife team, Francesca DiSalvo-Follmer and Justin Follmer, continue the same legacy and passion for design, style, and fit into the vision each client has for their special occasion. Just as Sarah’s grandmother was an inspiration to her, Francesca’s Aunt Rosann and Justin’s grandfather, Ralph, instilled in them a similar passion. 428 Main continues to provide the same level of service and a plethora of both vintage and new pieces for your special day.
